Check the pools and courts in the back of the complex when you are looking. Here is the good, bad, and ugly. Good: There is plenty of guest parking, basketball courts, and playground. Bad: Washer/dryer not in units and cost $1.25 to wash and $1.00 to dry. Ugly: At a minimum, annual (sometimes more frequent) inspections are conducted of the inside. I know of 5 other residents who moved out within the past few months and did not receive any or very little of their deposit back, including those who lived there more than 5 years.

I recently found 3 bed/2 bath apartments in nice neighborhoods for the same as I pay in rent. So I am moving.
