Basically put it this way if your not low incomes don t move here. It s not worth it in my option, wished I would of keep looking, and would have found a place that was a lot nicer since I have to pay the max to live in these apartments. Paying for Water doesn t apply to low income families so if you re on a low income then I would move here if not then I would look somewhere else.

Wasn t told we would be paying for water, until after 2 months and I finally got copies of my lease and of course it s in there pay for Water. Wouldn t have been a big deal of they would of said that from the start for they didn t. Not everyone in the office is trained to know what there doing (not there fault but they all need to get on the same page on how the process works in there)
