Maybe it was because I just came from the gym, but when I came in looking for information to possibly move in, I was treated like a homeless person! I was totally ignored while the only person working was haveing a perosonal conversation with her ditzy, gold-digger friend (yes I heard the entire conversation, they were talking so freakin' loud). This other guy came in to for some help and was also ignored. The rude behavior I experianced caused me to renew my lease at my crappy apt comlpex rather than move. Thanks a lot!

I got the exact same treatment when I went in for information as well. There was only one girl working and the office was empty when I came in. The girl, her name was Taylor I think, was on her cell phone and actually told me to wait in the other room. She proceeded to talk on the phone. Another person came in and she told them the same thing. When she got off the phone about 5 minutes later, she didn't come out at all. I popped my head into her area and she just looked at me. Not a word and she was filing her nails. I thought this kind of thing, and this type of person, only existed in movies. I was wrong. I left and off of that experience alone, I would never recommend anyone moving there.
