I had lived there about a year ago.I was late with one payment so I had included the late charge with my rent payment. About two months later they were telling me i owed the fee. I had to bug them for 6 weeks to let me see a copy of my payments made with them.They stated they had reviewed it a number of times and the charge was vaild. I finally went in and stated I wanted to see it that day. When she pulled it up It clearly showed one late charge applied and four days later that it was paid with my rent. They had never even looked in there records to verify it was correct. The staff was lazy and I think it is a very poorly managed complex.
