I am not a butt kissing fool as some of these other people. I lived in this complex for 5 years. I am blessed to be out of the Legacy Apartments. The management is the worst they are rude and they have no skills. I never paid my rent late never had any issues until I wanted to move out! Here we go!!! This company will nickle and dime you to death. They make things up as far as the condition of the apartment when you left so they can try to bilk you out of your deposit. Don't live here!!! I had my dads cleaning crew clean my apartment so clean you could lick the walls, and they said it was so nice and clean it was ready for a new renter.BUT 3 weeks later I get a notice that they would withhold some of my deposit since the apartment was so dirty it would need heavy painting for the walls deep cleaning of the carpets and heavy greese removal from the stove. Remember I had a cleaning crew clean the apartment. What the '''' When I moved into the Legacy the walls were not painted they had nail holes in them with some nails still in the walls the doors all had holes in them and the cabinets fake wood look sticky tape was peeling off.I ended up getting $17.62 from a $500.00 deposit. Also do not ask any question because that will put you on the LIST of renters to mess with and make life hell for. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT you WILL regret it!!!
