Rent was very cheap and being just a street away from North Highlands I thought about crime, but nothing ever went bad in the apartments. Maintenance is somewhat slow, parking is great, covered and assigned. Laundry facility was weak, they would change the price without notifying you. Pool was dirty, spa was clean (from what you could see). Apartment was crap...small, base board was moldy and rotten, bathroom was large, floors were VERY dirty, kitchen was old.
