I totally agree with the previous reviews!! We have lived at North Country for 2 years and we absolutely hate it!!!

They do nothing for security in the complex. There have been multiple car break-ins and vandalisms and they WILL NOT even inform the tenants of the situation! They have 2 "security" camera perched on a building but if you look closely they are aimed at their 2 personal vehicles!!!! But of course they tell potential tenants that this is an effort to boost security in the complex. On another occasion a MINOR was assaulted by SEVEN men on the property in broad daylight!! The managers showed little concern and still FAILED to notify any residents!!

Recently they switched apts and MANY, MANY elaborate renovations were made DURING WORKING HOURS into the new apt so that it would be suitable for their living. They cordoned off an ENTIRE parking lot so that they can park THEIR cars and boat if needed. Beyond that they have numerous signs posted stating that they do not wished to be disturbed for any reason. If you dare even speak to them after hours and you will receive an EXTREMELY RUDE response!!

Parking is terrible in the complex and they will have tow trucks come for any vehicle at ANY time of the day!!

Now about the apts themselves. . . they're old with limited cabinet and closet space. When you move out, be prepared to receive LITTLE TO NONE of your deposit back. I am a neat freak and the managers gouged most of my $$ for "necessary" repairs. It's a complete scam!!
