I lived there for 1 year and could not stand it one bit. The manager really does hate kids, but not just kids. The younger generation in general. She is one of those old bitter women, no kids, smokes all the time and is on a power trip. Other residents will agree. Not to mention her husband is the maintenance person, so its like they think they own the place. If you look closely at your lease it will state that you cannot park commerical or recreational vehicles on the premises whatsoever, and to call the apartment manager to report any incidents so that they can have the vehicle towed....Well, the manager and her husband park their boat right next to their apartment taking up 3 yeah 3! parking spaces which they have labelled their own. What kind of double standard crap is that, and yet the lease tells you not to call a tow agency, but to call the manager!!!! So what do you do then. BULLSH*T I tell you. I was so happy when I got out of there.
I had less problems living in a semi ghetto apartment.
