I have lived here since 11/2007, and now that I am searching for an apartment closer to my job I realize how great Spring Meadows is. it's actually a really nice area (nice park down the street). The maintenance guy is great - quick, friendly service. The apartments are pretty spacious (I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath) These apartments are spacious and you have YOUR OWN PARKING, no noise, affordable and management is great. A nice big pool, laundry in every unit, and we're even getting microwaves in the apartments along with the new look of the apartments! near grocery stores and much more.......IT'S GREAT!!!!! (if you spot a bug you can have your apartment sprayed on a weekly basis)... My husband and I have decided to stay even though it is a drive to work each day. after weighting out the pros a cons we realized the Spring Meadows has a lot to offer our family and we really need as much as we can get!
