From the sounds of the past reviews, it must depend on where you live in this complex. Some are happy and others are not. I am one of those who cant wait to get out of this place. I have lived here for less than a year with my children and have had to call the police at least a half of a dozen times because of other tenants around me. There have been drugs, weapons and the like confiscated due to these calls and tenants arrested. I can not let my children out to play even in the front of our apartment because of the other children in this complex running rampant and threatening mine. The parents in this area really lack in supervising their children. I have made complaints to the office management staff and nothing has been done about it. I have had to resolve the conflicts on my own between these children and parents. The resolve has been to keep my children in and away from these others. I would have to agree with the other post that stated "Welcome to the Ghetto"...There was also an attempt to steal one of my vehicles and when the police were called I was told that they would not make a report because it was on private property. The supposed security for the apartment complex never answers their phones either. Go figure....

Children are to be supervised by their parents not by the management team. It is policy to address any complaints relating to unsupervised children; however, it is not our job to watch them. As a parent myself, if I had issues with children harassing my child, I would indeed aproach the harassing childrens parents and work out the differences in a civil manner.
