I just moved out a week ago. I first moved in and it was a great bargin and nice place to live. We had a great first month. But that was the only good month. During the summer the pool was dirty and always broke. The spa never worked... Thats just the beginning. When we had moved in the carpet was messed up and damaged. It smelled like pet urine. Next matinenece never came and fix anything we needed. dryer broke a month before move out... so that was just the start. Then when we got the final bill... The Charged us for everything. the just just a summary... Please be advice and get everything in writing before you move in... and Make sure you Deal with one lease agent.
