This is a nice place and no problems where I am living.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I have lived here for a couple of years and lived in many other places in Sacramento that do not even come close to The Oaks. Well you better look closely because what you get here is so much better than down the street.A lot of people look like they enjoy complaining. I wasn't going to write in these ratings but I thought I would be honest and let you know that this is a beautiful place to live and they truely care about their tenants.
