I live in two bedrooms/bathrooms apartment for almost three years now. According to my experience living there, there was no break-ins or anything in the area. The area is nice and quiet, but the parking is limited to one vehicle per apartment and it can be hassle for someone who has more than one car. Also, non-residents were entering the area just to park and often not been towed away if stayed for weeks.

The cabinets inside the apartment are so cheap and I was disappointed in the way they were built. For example, cabinets are built with cheap plywood that can break and doors are uneven. Appliances are quite old and time to replace even through they are working fine. Dishwasher is outdated and doesn't clean very well anymore. Maintenance men replaced faucets but it ended up to be bad design and cheap. Windows are single layered and the management don't even notify us about replacing the windows since it really kill our electricity bill during the summer or winter. My door is little crooked that air can leak out easily. I'm sure that the management won't completely replace the door and they will simply put sealants to keep the air inside.

Gutters by the front door at every building are missing and the water pours right to the stairs where tenants walk through to the door. That needs to be issued.

The apartment design for 2 bedrooms/bathrooms is ok-ok. This design is only one-side in the building and has lack of fresh air coming through inside. I suggest you to find apartment that is cornered or else instead of one-sided.

Everything seems cheap as you pay a little high rent. Plus, the management changed the policy on first few days per month for rent dues from 5 to 3 days. It makes more difficult for anyone to drop off the rent check. Obviously, they had faced several finanical dilemmas from their tenants who did not pay on time. Otherwise, they are nice if you pay on time and didn't have much issues with the apartment or the management. They are too cheap and taking advantage of tenants' money for the rent.

They DON'T have a recycling program to provide for tenants to recycle stuff. It was disgusting to see all recycled stuff to be thrown into dump.

I will not be surprised if they are taking away all of my security deposit even through I live there longer than two years if I plan to move out soon.

I hope management will consider to work on several issues that I recently explained otherwise tenants will go elsewhere. I had to critize this complex in order to have a wake up call.

As for professional result, I would recommend you to go elsewhere better instead of this apartment complex.
