I moved into the property Jan of 2005 and I am moving out this month of March 2006.The old manager Edith was no around and I had been waiting for kitchen drawers for over a year and never received them.She left towards the end of last year to go to another Zukin property and they hired 2 new people Terilyne as the manager and Keisha as her assistant.Well the manager got sick and was gone for almost 2 months and with her assistant she did such a greta job and things Edith didnt fix in a year she did it within a week.She is very professional from her demeanor to her dress.I cant say that about the manager because half the time she wasnt in the office and when she was she didnt look professional she wore jeans and flip flops in the office,hair wasnt combed,no makeup or anything.My sister came to look at a 2 bedroom and the manager gave her the keys to look at the unit herself which by law I heard you arent suppose to do at all!A month later my sister came back and her assistant Keisha was happy to show her the unit and she followed up with her on everything and she rented it.Now to any of you who choose to rent its a nice and quiet community ask for the assistant Keisha and not the manager.
