Good choice for families who are on a budget and who doesn't mind about poor customer service, management, maintenance, and poor housing quality. They don't accept section 8, however the units looks like tenants from section 8 had lived in them already. The place rents the cheapest compared to other places. If you are in a tight budget, then this might be your choice. It's not the best place, yet it's not the worst. I give it 2 out 5. Well, what do you expect, it's on the border of N. Highlands.

I would not recommend this place for decent families looking for a clean, newer, and safer/quieter place to stay due to the rising vandalism in the complex and few incidences. The school next door is excelent however, which is a plus. You can consider that fact if you have kids. This place has potential, however it is currently mismanaged.

I shouldn't have moved in here. It's a mistake.
