Either this is a bad time for the apartments or everybody has low standards. The same day I moved in, there was gunfire across the street. The next morning, 3 cars were vandalized. One neighbor's car has a bullet hole in the window, I don't know where they got that, but makes me wonder.

You can hear neighbors baby crying next door, you can hear when they go to the toilet. A few days ago there was a screaming match between two tenants, one had stolen groceries out the other's trunk.


To make things worse the front gate is broken and at night, almost every night 2-3 "dumpster divers" make lots of noise and throw trash around. (11pm-3am) I don't throw any mail away, who knows if they will steal someone's identity. I rarely sleep at night.

There is a small tot lot, and unfortunately dogs and cats crap all around, my kids can't even play there. I dont know if the gate would keep the dogs out or if tenants take their dogs to the playground to crap, they look like they don't give a damn about the complex!!!

I don't know who wrote those pretty reviews, or maybe everything change the minute I got here, but this is not what I expected. Too bad, this place had potential.
