Unsafe, dirty apartments, and rude people.

From the moment I got my keys I could tell I was gonna regret moving here. The apartment was dirty when I moved in, people park in my spot all the time, and they only give one spot, even if you have 3 bed so you have to park in the street. People walking in the parking lot at all hour of the night, lots of bums. I see huge groups livin out of two bedrooms. The plus side is this is month to month, I would be pissed if it was a one year contract.
