This is a nice place to live as far as location and how quiet it is. But if your a/c goes out during a weekend and you have 2 small children in your house go rent a Hotel Room. Maintenance does not respond, the corporate office is extremely rude and they will do nothing for you. If maintenance comes into your apartment to do repair work beware because they are thieves. Also if maintenance comes into your apartment and tracks mud all over your entryway and carpet they will not clean your carpets for you. The Regional Manager Bill Rutta is a CRIMINAL. He will speak to you like you are below him and is extremly rude. As far as your security deposit, do like I did and write down every single thing that is wrong with the apartment when you move in. Every single scratch on the walls, all paint chips any holes, old cabinets, doors etc.. and be sure to check the cleanliness of your apartment when you move in. I can almost gurantee if you lift up the tray in the freezer there will be food and mold underneath as I discovered. The place is also falling apart. My entire sink in the bathroom pulled from the wall and also my toilet pulled up from the floor and wall. Was it ever fixed or replaced....You gpt the answer NO. And on top of my apartment being filthy and busted when I moved in, the company had the nerve to try to keep my security deposit. Lucky for me the dumb a$$ manager never came through to do the walkthru so I have the original in my possession. Now after I have given them copies of the walkthru when I moved in they still have yet to return my calls at the corporate office. I will be suing this company R.W. ZUKIN for my security deposit and additional fees and interest. I will post when I have received my security deposit and will also post my case number so everyone can know their rights as a tenant.
