Went to look at these new apartments. They want 1290 for a one bedroom/one bath in Antioch'''' It's only 785 square feet!!! And that's the smaller one bedroom!!! You have got to be kidding. Just to get to the freeway takes 15 minutes!!!! And the commute from Antioch to anywhere is a mess!
These people need to get a grip and lower the prices. I could see if it was on a hill with a view, or near a body of water, or even in a centrally located area but it's on flat land, on busy Lone Tree Blvd and it's next to a Lowe's!!!! It would be smarter to rent or buy a house in Antioch!!!!!

I guess you have to live here to appreciate it. The staff is FIVE STAR, the homes are full of amenities that you don't have in other bay area apartments, and if the commute is a problem, I have traveled all over the bay for work, Antioch is no worse than anywhere else. We have lived in Las Vegas, Reno, Fresno, other areas where there were upscale alternatives to the normal apartment setting.... and THIS is by far, the finest we have lived in... I would reccomend this to ANYONE! That is the difference I guess, between living here, and just "looking"

seems like craiglornson works for them or something lol, yeah these apartments are the nicest in the area but still way way overpriced. it would be better to just buy a house and build up your equity rather then drop that much money in a place you can't own
