This place is going down hill fast. Too pricey! Not worth it for Antioch. Surrounded by section 8. Parties till 4 am here. not quiet! Staff is nice but they will raise your rent over and over.They have forced all the good tenants out with unreasonable rent hikes upon resigning a lease.

I agree. I've lived there two years and my rent has gone up twice. The office staff is nice. I am now looking to move out because of rent hikes and quality of tenants. I'm tired of having to close my windows and doors so I don't have to listen to people argue outside my apartment. I was hoping living in a newer/more expensive complex I was getting away from this. I suppose this is part of apartment living, but for the price it should happen a lot less.
