I have been living here at Bella Rose for over a year now and thoroughly enjoy it. Reading all the reviews below conjures up the wrong image of Bella Rose - everything written below is inaccurate. After everything that has been done for me by the staff of Bella Rose I feel like I owe it to them to write this review to inform potential renters of what Bella Rose is really like.
Most of what is written below is untrue and deserves to be corrected. Let s start with the truth, and simple facts: Bella Rose is almost brand new, only three years old to date. My rent has now actually been lowered slightly as a result of the economy and my paying the rent on time for over a year. The premises look amazing, plush landscaping that is always up kept and neat. The staff is what I believe truly makes this place unique. I have lived at many different apartment complexes but this is by far the best I have ever come across. The management here is just fantastic! I truly believe that writing a quick review of my experiences here is the least I can do in return for how wonderful of a place this has been for me and my family.
Of course I will not be biased because I currently live at Bella Rose. Anywhere you go you will have upsides and downsides. If your apartment is right on Lone Tree it can get noisy right around rush hour, luckily we are located on the creek in the back. Just like everywhere there has been some crime here as well (petty things mostly, my neighbor s car was broken into though). The difference is that Bella Rose is actually willing to invest in reducing crime, hence the new security gates and enclosed fences. Overall I feel very safe where I live; there is also security at night which probably deters a lot of crime.
Realistically the things other people wrote is just plain wrong look at their spelling and writing. Did you ever think that most of them (if not all) are maybe former tenants that may have been evicted and are mad at management for kicking them out' That in itself is why I like Bella Rose so much. Ghetto' Come and drive through the community and see for yourself. They get Ghetto people out and have high standards unlike some places. Go to Crosspointe at night and see if you want to live there, and that is the only other somewhat comparable other apartment complex in Antioch.
Simply put Bella Rose is the best place to live in Antioch in my opinion. Do your research before looking for an apartment and then give them a try and see if you see ANY of what was said below. I m willing to bet you will be positively surprised just like we were.
