I have lived here for the past 9 months and have been more than happy. I have owned my own home in a very quiet neighborhood for the past 18 years. I recently went through a divorce leaving the house to my ex. I wanted a small quiet place and was hesitant that apartment living was not going to suit me. I have been very happy living here. Since moving in they have upgraded to security gates and fencing. The management is pretty good about resolving problems (I've had a few minor fixes). The apartment complex seems to be alot of middle aged (seperated or divorced) with a few families and younger people mixed in. The grounds are well kept and they always seem to be doing things to improve the place which makes me feel that my money is going for something. I don't want to live here forever but for now I am content.
