Not all it's cracked up to be

Spending $1400 on a 1BR/1BA is ridiculous! Fortunately our lease is up soon, but I can't fathom staying here another day. We live on the 3rd floor by the pool, and during the spring/summer time, that place is virtually noisy 4 out of 7 days a week. If it's not the commotion from the pool, it's the tenants or visitors who rev their motors and drive fast in the parking lot. If you live on the 3rd floor, you have a detached garage, and having a child, if there's no parking near where my unit is, then I have to walk FAAAAAR to get to my unit! Plus, thin walls!! You can tell this place was cheap. This really sux! NOT WORTH THE MONEY! Granted the head leasing manager has been really nice. But this new girl they have there has virtually no customer service skills....BEWARE!
