This place is NOISY NOISY NOISY! For the amount of money you pay here you would expected the walls to be built with more expense. They are extremely thin and you can here everything below you and next door. The windows are poorly insulated. I can hear the cars driving by day and night. It is worse when you have these loud motorcycles and cars driving extremely fast and making a lot of noise. The traffic noise only increases as more people are buying property behind the complex. It's so bad we are breaking our lease to get out of this place which is costing us a fortune. Staff was extremely rude when we inquired about the cost of breaking the lease. Rude, Loud, Overpriced, and horrible staff!

DEAD ON ACCURATE! Fairfield properties (who owns cross pointe) is awful. I fought a similar battle with them and ended up writing a 90 page manifesto on my situation that went to several boards with the State of California. I ultimately got out of my lease break but it did take 9 months of work to do so. This place sucks sucks sucks. I moved in when the place was new and they never came through on promises and mislead me in a big way when i signed the lease. they are like this at all thier properties (i have friends that live in one in San Ramon) and the office staff is bad at all too.
