Not What It's Cracked Up to Be

Staff is clueless on the complex. No personal touch. The walls are VERY thin, and despite what they represent, it does not appear to be built to condo standards. Also, they DON'T offer cable tv. They offer inferior DIRECTV, with NO HD programming, so if you have an HDTV and face the north side of the complex, you CANNOT get SATELLITE and CANNOT GET HDTV. You are stuck with Cross Pointe's contract with AT&T Direct TV, which is as pricey as COMCAST with no DVR and no HD. Some of the garages are not private, rather shared, although they don't tell you this up front. Objectively, on it's face, it's a safe, clean, community, BUT for the money, you can do MUCH better in the area, and the management staff is a real TURN-OFF. They can be rude and defensive, rather than helpful. I also agree, IT IS EXTREMELY NOISY. You hear ALL the street noise and traffic inside the complex. I decided to ride out my lease, then, I'm outta here.
