These apartments are very noisy. You can hear every footstep and every loud(er) conversation of the unit above you.

Management could care less about any concerns you have. They argued with me over mine, telling me I was TOO SENSITIVE. I feel I have the right to ask for the quality that should come with $1350/mo. rent!

My apartment smelled very heavily of CIGARETTE SMOKE for the first month and a half after move-in. They told me, "It will go away in a couple of days" over and over again. I wasn't compensated in any way for this inconvenience.

After giving my 30 days notice, in writing, I tried to call in several times, and even walked into the office. I still have not been able to talk to the "right person", nearly one month later.

These apartments look nice, but they will only suit one who's into looks and not comfort.
