I've been living at delta pines for five year's now and I would not recommed these apartment's to nobody. Since I've lived here there have been four manager's and there roaches in the apartment complex's I've called so many time's for them to some and spray the unit in two day's later there back. Two of my neighbor's also have the same problem. I've also had problem's with my neighbor's making noise in there apartments the only thing the office do is give them a worrying to stop making noise. The security gate to the apartment is always broke soon as you drive up to the gate the gate stops and you have to get out of your car and let it up. worrying don't No body move there.
