My apartment. I moved in and the carpets were dirty. My HVAC went out. My water heater shorted out, the fridge- all the shelves broke with in a month from when I moved in because it was built so cheaply, they never fixed the door to my storage and I lived there for 2 years! The sliding glass door always falls off, so does the screen. My front door knob broke and my wife couldn't get out she was trapped inside.
I could go on.
The people there. Its is a slum. Couldn't take my kid to the playground ever. The teenagers are constantly sitting on the slides doing drugs and smoking pot. The neighbor upstairs left their water on and on night water started pouring through the ceiling! Everyone around is a gangster. People are always getting robbed here, their apartment, at knife point, at gun point. I always hear gunshots. Not long ago a neighbor was shot. Another neighbor's apartment got broken into and robbed another one has his car sterio stolen 3 times. I am not joking, being honest. People here are way ghetto.
The complex. The garbage bins get so full that it is pushed out into the street, people always come in drunk or on drugs and run into things. Just saw the main gate get crashed down and the people run. 3rd or 4th hit n run since I've been there. There are cockroaches everywhere in this place, you can't squash enough of them.
If you want to move here have fun. I have told you what to expect. I am being honest.
Oh yeah here's the best part. They didn't return my deposit even though I cleaned my place up perfectly and cleaned everything. That's ok there's always small claims court.

This is the real deal he/she is not lying about the roaches i cant shake them right now its ridiculous they've sprayed in my apartment ive bombed in my apartment and they are still living dont move here please take this advice 2heart i read this same review just about 6mnts ago and didn't take heed i wish i had.
