The staff at Runaway Bay were VERY unorginized.
They never return calls and you are lucky to catch one of the TWO leasing agents in the office. The building is old and the interior is NOT worth the money they ask for. When we moved in I had to SCRUB all the cabinets which were covered in some unknown sticky substance. The cabinet below the sink had several cigarette butts in the corner, And after moving the stove I found cigarettes, food AND A COCKROACH! This put me over the edge! We just moved in and the place was filthy. I WOULD DEFINATELY NOT reccommend this place to anyone....
