i've lived here for three years now, and i've had my share of complaints about this place. the old management was unorganized and slow and not very helpful when there was an issue. now that there's new management this place is great. the maintenence staff is friendly and fast. i've had a couple work orders lately that they've responded same day to. this used to be unheard of, i almost had a heart attack the first time they showed up. i also noticed they replaced all the lights in the parking lot. theft used to be problem here and now that the parking lot isn't blacker than the sky i haven't seen or heard of any problems. i feel safe at night when i walk my dog now.
the management is so nice when i come into the office. if i have a complaint, they respond to it immediately and it's resolved. the new manager here listens to you when you have a complaint and fixes it, the old manager could care less. the new assistant manager hasn't screwed up my payments at all, which was frequently the case with the old assistant. i've also noticed a change in the type of people that live here. it seems they've upped the qualifying standards because there's actually quiet and respectful people here now. people always complain on these things and i wanted to show my appreciation for the total transformation the new managment made to this place.
