I haven't moved in yet but I took a very detailed tour with a very close friend of mine who works in the office. The new management is doing complete remodels on these places and it looks AMAZING. The pics you see on the internet sites aren't the new apartments those are still the old ones so don't refer to those. Go take a tour! My friend would NEVER b.s. me on anything like this and she told me everything I need to know. I've been searching for a good complex for EVER and this is the BEST ONE! The parking is AMAZING, it's like a mall parking lot in there, it goes on and on and on!. You could have a LOT of people over and there will still be plenty of parking to go around. ALL of the appliances are NEW! Thats Right, NEW. I couldn't beleive my eyes when I saw this place. Even the washer and Dryer are NEW and ALL of the units have washers and dryers. The paint scheme is also REALLY nice it's TWO TONE with a dark beige for the walls and white ceilings. Also, seeing that this place is so close to the freeway I couldn't hear the traffice at ALL! It was super quiet walking around in the complex and hanging out in the apartment. If you want to start out somewhere THIS is the place to start out. It's an upscale place in an average neighberhood at an average rent price. Look at the pic I put up! That's what they look like!

If you haven't lived here, you don't know the crap us poor tenants have to go through. But maybe it will be better for you since you are buddy buddy with the office personel. Good luck with that.
