It was a great complex when we moved in 5 years ago. A new owner bought the place, and while he is a nice guy, he lets anybody move in. The complex is run down, landscaping is overgrown with weeds everywhere. A lot of drug activity. The people they let move in now are really bad. People screaming at eachother at all hours of the night, broken down cars, trash everywhere. Police are there constantly. Would NOT recommend.

I completely disagree, I have enjoyed living at Summerwoods Apartments, sure it's had it's bumps in the road but that should be understandable due to change in ownerships a few times over the past decade.
