I really enjoyed staying at Summerwood Apartments during my transition of buying and selling my home. The fact that I had a washer and dryer included in my rent was excellent. I did not find that at any other complex in the area. Everyone else wants to charge additional fees and/or extra rent for those ammenities. I also loved having 2 bathrooms and so much space, almost 1,000 sq ft.....the units come with everything except a microwave and my ultimate enjoyment was the wood burning fireplace in the winter
