I understand that's good that Summerwood is under knew management. Mike is a cool supervisor but what about the people that are already living there. They say they are putting knew tile,carpet, counter tops in & faucets in the apartments that are empty. What about the the ones that are occuppied already we should get the same treatment.I have been living there for almost 2 years my tile is cracked all up I can't even get them clean anymore. My faucets are gross with black mold on the inside of them. My toilet in the master bedroom needs to be replaced because it leaks from time to time.
