These apartments seem to look real nice from first glance, but the complex is not very well maintained. There are also mice and rat problems that the management was not at all accomodated to helping me out wiht until I could not take the stench of a dead rat behind my dishwasher anymore. I had to threaten and tell them that I am going to call the Health Department if this problem was not fixed. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone with kids, the rodent problem posed a real health problem, especially concerned for my toddler whose cereal had rat droppings in it.
