This has been a wonderful place for us to live. We've always had nice neighbors who are quiet. The unit was recarpeted and painted when we moved in so it has been very clean and nice from the beginning. Cabinets and countertops are older, but in good condition. Appliances are older too, but they function fine. Bathroom has older countertops too, but once again-everything was clean! If ever we have a maintinence problem, we've had the issue fixed within a very reasonable amount of time.

Update 7-8-2008: We no longer recommend this place. Management has changed and it's gone down hill! We are out as soon as we can find somewhere better.
