I have been here since Aug 08. I use my balcony on the second floor all the time, and have had no issue with management they are very responsive and the manager is well educated in property management. Some of the balcony's are in need of repair but they are working on it I have seen none on the second floor that are an issue. The complex is near a large park and close to the junior high school. Several teachers live in the complex from the local school district.
