These apartments are going downhill. The upkeep, landscaping and general appearance is getting more and more shoddy. When I ask for repairs, i.e. shower door, blinds, toilet, or dishwasher, they need to come back multiple times. Instead of doing a good job they seem to just put a band aid on the problem. All of these issues are still unresolved, but I gave up. I can t get a good night sleep due to the overgrown trees rubbing up against my walls, no resolution on that. My neighbors fight constantly and I wake up in the middle of the night with profanities being screamed and doors being slammed, nothing done about that. The rent keeps going up but the community is going down. I would not recommend.

Everything above is all true. I have lived in Twin Creeks since 2004. Under the old management things were great. We live in a 1 bath apartment and our toilet was broken for 2 days before anyone came. I called multiple times before someone finally came out reminding them we have one toilet and it's not working! As soon as our lease is up we are hoping to leave. The past 2 years have been a fright whenever there are maintinence issues. The office staff is friendly and kind, but I swear that everything goes in one ear and out the other. You can be nice all day long, but I need to see problems resolved. We've been on good terms with the staff, but we have been more patient than they deserve. If our rent goes up a penny after this past 6 months of problems I'd be shocked, but wouldn't put it past them. Sadly, what used to be a very affordable, safe community is now a place I would never recommend.
