The apartment complex is older - meaning older kitchen appliances. There were some nice improvements made before I moved in, such as a new washer & dryer in the unit and some nice new lighting fixtures. I had problems with repairs - they were nice enough in fixing them, but they sure took their time! (My dishwasher was out of order for over a month.) Communication with the office was a little slow as well. I was in a downstairs unit... I could hear nearly every footfall of my upstairs neighbors. As a seemingly permanent "drifter" (I've lived in many an apartment.), these were average overall. The rent wasn't too high, and so I settled for these imperfections.
