The apartments have lots of bugs and rats....yes big ones! and the staff is very defensive when approached with an kind of issue. There is never parking because half the tenants are first time renters (young people who party all night) and section 8 people! I had to walk 3 blocks one night after work to park! The water is always being shut off for different reasons. Three times this week! The railing is falling apart and one renters patio collapsed and the county forced them to fix it! For the sake of your children do not move here!
