Whoever now owns Twin Creeks is asking for higher rents but letting the place go to hell. When I first moved in the property was pretty with flowers planted around the entryway fountain and kept nice throughout. Now the grounds look the grounds of an apartment complex in the ghetto. People leave garbage everywhere and neighbors yell and slam doors and park in the red zones. The wood on the patios and baclonies is rotting and falling apart and carports can fall apart and be left for weeks. The maintenence people sometimes take days to come and more often then not, don't fix the problem. If you want a nice, safe place to live, this is not the place.
