In the last year and a half, they will let anybody move in here. As long as your whole family is noisy, bothersome and rude. I think they are more money hungry than tenant conscious. I know they probably have a lot to deal with being that there are 38 units here, but come on. It was great when I moved in here, and now it is very unclean, noisy and borderline downtown ghetto. If they would get their acts together, evict the evil dwellers, and take care of things the way the should be (i.e. fix repairs ontime not leave people waiting for a year), It might be a little decent here...

It's really odd, I grew up in these town homes from the time I was 9 to 15 with my father and sister. They were good apartments I enjoed the times I had their, all the kids were great I mean there are going to be a few bad eggs everyone but the old manager Sarah and Marving were excellent and it saddens me to see this place go to ----! I was considering moving back into them, but I drove by and they are just not the same they look like crap, not something I want my son around. Plus tragedy happened when I lived there so bad memories but more good. Sad. Sucks who gives people like that a job? I mean don't you have to have some kind of credentials????
