I have lived here for a while and I had to move out considering there was way too much drama with the manager. She didn't care about the maintenance that needed to be done, while she went off for the weekends getting drunk with her family and friends.There are drugs being sold on the property and she damn well knows about it, her own daughters smoke marijuanna with her consent and they drink liquor.Their is always something that needs to be done and she is just sitting on her couch watching tv. She bribes little kids to pick up the trash around the apartments just so she doesn't have to. If you ask me i say you fire the ----- and find someone who actually cares about the damn place we all have to live in.Theres always something going on there, and last i heard a car caught on fire, this isn't fair to the tenants who pay good money to live in a ------ place.There aren't any rules being forced here but when they start i say they start first with the manager and her loud,obnoxious,daughters, who by the way are always causing drama.Something needs to be done.And i know a few people who still live there.I'm going to call fair housing on these owners ART AND DOROTHY, just to let them know people deserve quality especially if they are paying good ass money for it.
