I lived in this apartment for two years and am I surprised when I moved out. They charged us for vinyl replacement in the kitchen and reglazing the sink and shower when it is only the daily wear and tear. There are lots of things that don't quite work at this apartment. For example, several power outlets have no power and cheap fixtures.

I wouldn't recommend this apartment. I am living this apartment for two years. The upper apartment is extremely hot during the summer. The AC is working but it won't help to cool down.
