Within the last three years, these apartment units have been upgraded with new appliances, including a dishwasher, Berber carpeting, crown moulding in the living area, mirrored wardrobe doors, and central heating and air.

The complex is extremely well kept by the friendly on-site manager and the complex amenities include garages, carports, gated entry, laundry facility, pool, spa, BBQ area, and a fitness center.

The building is conveniently located near the Santa Anita/Arcadia Mall, shopping centers, and places of worship. And the best part is that my children can attend the acclaimed Arcadia School District.
