Too hot!!!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
I lived here for two years and upper level was like a steamer during the summer. Even the ac is working, the temperature of inside was like 90 degrees. It was hotter than outside. Requesting a service takes forever. The manager has a full-time job and hard to contact or available when we needed.
