I don't know what these people above are talking about. Must be disgrunted former tenants. My sister lived here years ago and I live here now. Owners live less then a mile away and are extremely fast in fixing anything and the parents live on the same street as the unit is located! All I have to do is knock on either door or flag them down as they drive past or call any family member on their cell phones or at work, they come by on way home and "boom", problem solved ! I would recommend this place to anyone. Family run is always better then corporate run.
