Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
This place will do for no more than three months at a time: don't live here unless you like flaky landlords, drug dealers coming to your door regularily (uninvited), the stench of pot coming under your door, walls that are 3 inches thick and made up of drywall, the ability to hear exactly what your neighbors are doing (or -------), flooded kitchens, mildewy bathrooms, leaky faucets, parking spaces that are too small, hundreds of sparrows living just outside your window, windows that don't completely close, AWEFUL maintenence cres, and stinky refridgerators.
As I have said, don't live here unless you're extremely masochistic (stupid, in other words).
