its cheap, 330 a month which is all i can afford, if you are a clean person you room is small but will stay nice, i refuse to use the kitchen i share with 3 other people, its gross and dirty and smelly, i have a mini fridge and a hot plate in my small room and i make my bathroom trip as few and quick as possible as i have to share it with one other person, this is not a great place to live its goal is to be affordable and cheap which it is and it shows but if its the best you can do, its the best you can do.
