I have lived in this complex since 1997. It is located about 15 minute walk from HSU. Management has always been kind and quick to respond to any needs from replacing a light bulb to maintenance ect... The grounds are well kept and the noise is better than most places. There are the occasional parties, but all is usually closed down by midnight. When I started living here we were able to keep cats and that was changed due to some people who could not care appropriately for their pets. If I had any concerns or problems the management is approachable and timely. As a tenant in a large complex of 84 units I understand that some things take longer than others and if I need something I have to speak up. Tenants that can not live cohesivley in this community are quickly removed from the equation and leave angry reviews in attempt to degrade the reputation of this nicely located community. This is a great place to live. This is a great place to raise children. I have seen many people move away and return. I know of at least 10 people who have lived here for over 10 years. There are college students, families, elderly, ect... This is not a place for drugs or constant parties or violence. To my knowledge and from what I have seen these things are strictly not tolerated in anyway.
